can’t log in

can’t log in

suddenly my account was signed out, and i cant log in because it says “login failed, you can only use spotify abroad for 14 days” when im not even abroad. what should i do?

You can update your account's country setting by following the steps listed here.

I'm not sure what causes your issue but I would try changing the way you connect to the internet - switch to wifi if you're now online with your mobile connection and vice versa.

Or: Maybe the use of a proxy or VPN may cause your problem... do you have one of those configured?
