cannot change password or unsubscribe from Premium

The link to change my password does not work. I get the fields to enter a new password and to confirm the new one, but THEN another field emerges that requests my current password to confirm the changes. The only reason I want to change my password is that I can't remember my old one (Spotify's not taking my Facebook password for whatever reason), and since I can't, I can't make any changes to my account.

I just want to unsubscribe from Premium, please. No passive-aggressive goodbye playlists necessary.

To get a password reset:
1. Go to https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/
2. If you get redirected to your online profile (where you need to current password to make the change), you are still logged into the website. Click on your name at the top and choose Log Out.
3. Return to https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/ and you should be able to request a reset.
