cannot login to spotify

 Hello,

i’m logged in to spotify with premium account all this time but i accidentally logged it out so i tried to reset the password and it says that my username is not associated to any email address.

i think my username has been auto generated and i am not sure why it was disconnected to my email now. Please have a look at the attached screenshot...

I think your spotify account was created using a facebook account.

If this is the case please try loging in with your facebook and let me know what happends.

Hello thanks for your reply. i tried to login with facebook but i get the error “you can only use spotify abroad for 14 days”

Your account might be associated with a different country than the one you are currently listening from. Try to go log in on the website and change the settings and try to log in through facebook when on the website.

Thanks for your reply. I tried what you said and it worked however this not the same account as i have before the username is different and it said subscription is FREE. I believe this is a new account that i created so that i can post my issue in the community...
