cant log in spotify with facebook

hi,

         After I done the rating in the box that they pop out, my spotify app will keep showing that it's offline even my laptop have already connected to internet. I tried to uninstall and download again but when i press "log in with facebook" the app got no reponse. I uninstall and download multiple times but still cant fix the problem. May i know if there's any solution? 🙂

Hey! Welcome to the Spotify Community 🙂

Firstly try this: If you log into Facebook.com and then select the "Music" tab on the left hand side under "Apps" and click any Spotify link your Spotify client should launch with you already signed in 😉

If it still doesn't work, may I ask you what laptop you're on and what version of Spotify you're on?
