cant recover old account/playlist

I used spotify in USA, before the launch in Brazil, it was connected with my facebook account, but now i'm using spotify brazil, i needed to create a new account because the old one wasn't working, and i (by mistake) connected my new account with my facebook, and all the information i had in my last account  was lost.. I really wanted the "starred playlist", but unfortunately it's hidden and i cant recover it..
The username of my last account is showing just a bunch of numbers, i'll post the numbers even though i dont know if it will help..

every time i try logging into the old account, since it was my facebook account, it automatically redirects me to my new account.. dont know what to do 😞

Can you find your old account from the desktop client or web player? Just put this in the search bar:

spotify:user:1248118333

You should then be able to follow your playlists as long as they are public, then simply drop the tracks into new playlists on your account.
