cant register

Hello,
I do not have a Spotify account and would like to create a Spotify account and this via my Facebook account.
However, I can not log in via the iphone app or via the desktop program, it always comes the error code 3 (desktop) error 404 (on the APP). My password of FB is however definitely entered correctly.
Because I now tried to register myself with FB, my EMailadresse is also blocked for a registration without Facebook, which is a **bleep**!
My Spotify user ID from the Facebook settings I have also found, but brings me nothing.

ich habe noch keinen Spotify account möchte mir ein Spotify Konto erstellen und das über meinen Facebook account.
Ich kann mich jedoch über die Iphone app oder über das Desktop Programm nicht anmelden, es kommt immer der Fehlercode 3 (desktop) Fehler 404 (auf der APP). Mein Passwort von FB ist aber definitiv richtig eingegeben.
Dadurch dass ich es jetzt versucht habe mich mit FB zu registrieren, ist meine EMailadresse auch für eine Registrierung ohne Facebook gesperrt,  was ein Mist!
Meine Spotify-Nutzer-ID aus den Facebookeinstellungen habe ich auch gefunden, bringt mir aber nichts.

Das Beste ist, .. um hier zu posten, muss ich registriert sein.. **bleep** ?!
Jetzt habe ich einen Account mit meiner Arbeits-E-Mail gemacht, die natürlich ersetzt werden muss.

In this case, we recommend that you contact us via email here or through our official social media channels in Facebook or Twitter. This way, we'll be able to check what's going on with the account you tried to create with your Facebook, and help you correct the email on the other account you had to create if needed.
