cant remember user name and password?!

Hi, 

I cannot use spotify on my mobile from this morning.  I cannot remember my log in details, although I know my long number. and the e mail address attached to the account.  It's all working fine on the lap top, but not on the mobile.  when i ask for a new password to be sent via this e mail account, no emails are recieved, nothing in junk either. 

Any ideas? very frustrating.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to help you manually reset your password/username after verifying a few security details. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

You say you "remember your long number". That's your username, which means you have used Facebook to sign up. Log in with Facebook.
