changing mobile service provider

Hi! My premium account is being charged through my mobile service provider. But im planning to switch to another provider. Do i just change my payment option first to keep my premium account active? Or can i temporarily unsubscribe to my premium account and once my new mobile provider has been set-up, i can subscribe again without affecting any settings on my account(particularly my playlist)?

Hey @careena82,


You could cancel your subscription and once your new mobile provider has been set up, you can just re-subscribe again on http://spoti.fi/2dXPfzf.

 

You won't lose any of your stuff (eg. playlists, saved music etc.) when your account reverts back to the Free plan, only offline music will be removed from your device(s) but you'll be able to download those again when you have Premium.
