changing payment options

I used to be a premium family acount owner. Don't use the credit card that I made payments anymore. When I try to change credit card info Spotify just holds on forever. It does not recognize my subscription and and offers me to try the premium, then holds on again. When I click on subscription to change info it sees me as a new member. No info to change.
