Hello,

 

I have been trying to resolve an issue I have had now for a few days. I received an email saying my account was disabled due to a chargeback. Firstly I don't even know what that is?? I looked up the payment information and saw that the payment went through and was completed on April 7th. I have been a spotify member since at least 2008 and am appalled at the lack of support from your support team. I opened the followingticket:

I have since received 2 emails that reiterated that I needed to take it up with my bank despite the fact that i sent snap shots of my the transaction from my bank account, my paypal account and the email confirmation from spotify all showing the payment went through.I also contacted paypal and they told me that there is NO CHARGEBACK and the MONEY WENT THROUGH just fine. Paypal even tried to call spotify and got through to no one. (no surprise here) and they also sent an email on my behalf. I even contacted "spotify cares" on twitter and they said they are working on my case and would get back to me shortly. Yet no one has. I had to make up a new account just to be able to post on here...

 

I have now called paypal again and they have opened a dispute on my behalf in order to try and resolve this. I have seen this issue posted ove and over again on here and there seems to be no solution? This is really a sad way to deal with customers.
