couldnt change my country

I recently moved from the UK to Israel.

i have tried to change the country on my account accoring to the instractions online.

i had to cancle my primum account so i could start a new one with the israeli spotify.

how can i do that? 

will all of my playlists and downloads are gone?

In order to update your country details you would first need to change your payment information to match the country you are in:

Can you confirm if you have attempted to do this?

Provided you keep your account you should not loose your music.
