deletet app on facebook, all playlists gone

I deleted spotify app from facebook profile, and when I tried to log in to desktop app, it connected with my facebook profile again, but its like a new spotify account. I can see and even observe my old profile, but there are nubbers instead of my name. On that second spotify profile all playlists, messages and subscribtions are gone. Is there a method to login to that older profile? my pasword stopped working.
