duplicate accounts and only have Facebook credentials

I lost my premium account and can only log in with facebook credentials. I have waited over a week for a response but started a new premium trial. So I have no paid twice for an account but cannot access the original one. I am now worried I have 3 accounts, two premium and one free. Is it possible to please delete all but one of my accounts and merge my playlists ? Thank you

Hi Chas! The best way to do this is to contact support@spotify.com (via email) since they are the only ones who can transfer your account details to the account you want to retain. 🙂 hope that helps!
