Hi I purchased an e-card for a friend. 

I got charged twice after the website crashed during a transaction (OSX Safari Version 5.1.7). Then I got this email. It does not state who I purchased e-card or any other details about what I wrote and who it was emailed too.

Also the user still has not received an e-card. Checked the spam folder.
However due to the crash I think it was just never sent.
So I had to forward this email to a friend as a gift.
I love your product.
Can we get better emails with details on what I purchased and for who? Specifically for e-Cards.

P.S. I also emailed premium@spotify.com twice yesterday with no response.

Firstly, welcome to the community forums!

 

This is a very unfortunate situation to be in, but I am sure the spotify staff will be able to help you out. 

I would recommend you contact the payments team using the contact form here. If you recieve an automated reply, reply again to that email (even it says not to) and the staff will have a look at it for you as soon as possible.
