error code 410

i have problems with my premium account on my windows computer! says error code 410...

cant find any error codes with that exact number, please help! thank you

Hi Elretardo1 - Generally error 410 is an issue with your login details/ password. 

Are you signing in with your 'elretardo1' username and Spotify password? As your account is linked to Facebook you should be able to sign in with your FB email/ password too.

I'm also having the same problem,  I am getting an error code 410 and I sent in an email to inquire about my account a week ago (case #01272233).  I have tried logging in through my facebook account but I have been redirected to a new account, and my old account is now listed as User #1246241540. However, it has been over 5 days and I still haven't heard any response. This is very frustrating!
