error when logging in with facebook or email

I have not been able to login with any email account, nor with Facebook, it says "username / password invalid" and when I want to create a new account it says "we have not been able to log in" and it does not let me create and then says that the mail is already busy, and never finish the registration

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
