everything is gone

everything is gone

i have premium and always log onto my devices through facebook. i bought a new phone and transfered everything over. i logged into my account through facebook on my new phone and it put me through to my account except it wasnt my account.. i have lost everything all my songs and playlists. i searched myself up and everything is still there but thats the account i should be in. i tried downloading my playlist from my account that i searched but it said i dont have premium and now im at a loss because it wont let me stop paying for it ... how do i get into my real acount!!! please help me very desperate 

also im still logged on in my other devices..

Hi @melissag, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

First, we suggest reinstalling the app. Once you do, make sure to use the option "Login with Facebook".

 

Give it a try and let us know how that goes.
