explicit settings not changing

I changed the explicit content settings in my daughter's account on our family plan but she still can't listen to any songs that are rated explicit.

Hey there @banjoskank, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I am sorry to hear this. Can you have her perform a clean reinstall of the app following these steps? That should refresh the app and any settings that have been changed in the app.

 

If she still cannot listen to explicit content, can you let me know the make and model of her device? Also, let me know if she experiences any error messages when she attempts to turn on the ability to allow explicit content.
