family account

i have just upgraded to a family account but my kids are only ablew to shuffle on their mobiles, I thought all family members got the premium features....Isn't that correct?

Hey there! Welcome to the community!

 

That sounds weird! For Spotify Family to work, the family-owner has to add every family member to the Spotify Family. Here is some more information on how to add members to a Spotify Family. Let me know how that works out!

Yes know how it works. We had family before through Telia and the broadband
subscription. We changed providers but decided to continue the family plan
directly with spotify. Until I signup family yesterday everything worked.
Now my children can only shuffle even though i added them on the family
plan and they accepted the email invite

That sounds weird... Could you login on this page using your childeren's account? Does it show Family or Free?
