forgotten log in details

Hello, my dad has forgotten his log in details. He obviously can't reset his password as he can't remember the email he used. How can this be rectified?

Tell him to use the online contact form and someone at Spotify can help get this sorted. If he gets an automated reply directing him back to the community or to the help pages, he should reply to it directly (even though it says not to) to speed things along.

Yeah ive just got that email directing me here, ill reply to that email directly and see what happens. Many thanks for ur help
