My email has been hacked and i have forgotten the security questions. And i have also forgott the password to spotify, what should i do? i can't change my password to spotify beacuse it send the right password to my hacked email... sry for bad english/ swedish dude..

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can help get this sorted with you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

Hi,

well in your original post, you stated they hacked your password. This means you wouldn't be able to log into that account to post this question here. So, either you're telling the wrong story or you somehow have the password.

If that's the case, please submit a form from this link where you can choose the email for them to reply to and someone at Spotify will get back to you and help you recover your account (whichever one that may be).

As always, if you get an automated reply make sure to reply to it directly.
