getting charged for no reason? 9.99$

hi, i just noticed i have been charged 9.99$ for the past few months. when i looked to unsubscribe to anything it says i am using free spotify, so what am i getting charged for?

i tried to cancel my account as well so i wouldnt be charged anymore but it will not delete!

I wrote to Spotify support via email on 25 May 2016 with the same problem. I asked them to cancel my subscription and reverse the charges but they never replied and never cancelled my subscription, so I'm still getting charged.... Not fair.... and why won't they reply their support emails?
