gift card not working

gift card not working

Have 2 gift cards purchased in Australia, neither working. Both activated. Tried contacting Spotify, no response and store will do nothing. Any ideas?

How long ago did you contact support? Reply back and let me know

i contacted a few days ago but not sure if it went thru.have tried again today. do you get an automated reply back to say they recieved it?

The contact form does not send a confirmation email afterwards.

 

If you don't get a reply from support tomorrow, then post back and I'll forward your post to support to see if they can help out

i have the same problem, what is the solution?  i'm in NZ.  who is responsible, the store or spotify?  i'm confused, annoyed and inpatient~~ plus it was a gift for my niece so i feel really bad for her, she has no gift!! regards
