hello, spotify is charging me for no reason help!!!

Spotify is charging my account for no reason, i've never subscribed to spotify i have no idea why they are charging so could someone please help me?

EDIT: IM NOT SURE WHAT ACCOUNT IS BEING CHARGED, IM NOT SURE ABOUT ANYTHING I NEED HELP!.

i just can see spotify is charging..

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

As this is a billing query, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into this using your billing details. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
