help I cant install Spotify on my tv smart

Hi, im trying to install the app on my tv smart, but i cant. I also try to use it on web player but neithet.  Can help me?

Please update your Smart-TV software by following TV user guide. It should bring all latest apps. If no Spotify, then it is not available for your TV.

Please note that Web Browser in Smart-TV usually fails in Flash, so that's why Web Player will not work.

As HPGURU said, you should go into your TV settings and attempt to update your TV's software. If Spotify is available for your device then it will be installed automatically, however I don't see Spotify being available at all on your device.

If Spotify isn't available, one fairly inexpensive alternative is a new or old Chromecast. I personally have the 1st gen and it works very well.
