help ! please !!! facebook login - Premium turn to free account automaticlly

hi , I need some help :'( 

I have paid for premium account for 2 months and worked well so far.

however yesturday when I login with FB account as usual , it turn to another Username ID number and become a free account.

tried older ID number but can't loggin so that can't cancel my payment either !

the playlists I prefer for weeding are very improtant for me now they're gone.....

Dont know why ....and need some assistance ... :((

Sounds like your Facebook account has got disconnected in the Spotify system for some reason, which is why it has created a new account for you. You will need to get in touch with the Spotify support team directly using the online contact form and they should be able to get your old account restored and back up and running for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
