how can I find which email address is associated withmy account on myphone?

one day I was opening my Spotify on my desktop, and it opened but asked for a login i tried to log in but it was telling me to check the number/incorrect number. then I came to know about username I tried with my username but I forgot my password then I clicked on forgot password and entered my username it showed the password reset link had been sent but I couldn't find it in my mailbox and I don't remember also which mail id I have given while creating this account, my phone account is working but there can't see my email id which is registered with Spotify

Thanks for reaching out.

You've mentioned that you're still logged into your account in the Spotify mobile app on your phone. Have you tried going into the app's settings and then clicking on 'Account'? It should show you your username as well as your email address there.

Yes I Tried This also but in the account section, it is showing Free Plan (View Your Plan), No other options are there.

Thanks for the screenshot.

It's possible that your Spotify account is connected to an external service (e.g. Facebook, Google or Apple), so you could try signing in through those methods.

You can also try requesting a password reset for any email addresses you may own (if you haven't done that already).
