how to link a free (email) and premium (facebook) account

I had an old spotify account linked to my email.  When I signed up for premium it linked to my facebook.  Now I have 2 accounts.  When I try to log on on my smart tv, it can only find my free account.  I've tried log on via facebook.  If I use my name from facebook, it can't find me.  If I use my email, even though I am using the log on with facebook page, it finds my free account and won't let me on.  I'm hoping if I could link the accounts this would resolve the problem.

In the alternative, if anyone has ideas on how to log on, I am using a Samsung bluray.  I was signed in before, but I tried adding a user and now I can't get back in.
