how to open a public account

when I open a playlist push account, it requires me a Spotify public account, it is not successful if it's a private account. How to have a public account?

Thanks for reaching out.

There's no such thing as a public or private account - all accounts are the same. 🙂 The only thing you can change is if a playlist is shown on your profile and if it's private or public.
