land in profile changed without traveling

Hi,

the land in my spotify-profile changed. i did not travel or anything. i nearly only use spotify for my kids, letting them hear playmobil stories etc.with my ipad. now suddenly the stories are not longer available for me, cause the landinformation in my profile has changed to france (i live in germany).

i tried to change it back, but the land is grey. ich tried to change it with my paying option, but now it will first change in the next paying-time, wich will take 3 weeks (they just got their money).

now, although i paid this month, my kids will not be able to use spotify for thei stories. i´m slightly irritated...  :-((

Hey @mrboone,

It sounds like someone may be accesing your account. To prevent this, go to https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/, change your password and press the "Sign out everywhere" button.

To change your country, just head to https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/ and update your payment method.
