log in chaos - help

i've downloaded spotify

i log in with my facebook into

then a spotify log in box comes up!   even though i'm logged in via facebook      

and the spotify log in box won't accept any information as correct,  not my facebook info and not the spoitify username that i found in my account overview - + of course, because i'm logged in via facebook i don't have a spotify password anyway.

help

i'm just going round and round in circles!!!!!!!!!!
