log in impossible

I had to create a new spotify account becouse its impossible to me to log in back to my old spotify account since i ereased my facebook account!!! The thing is that i ve been paying for the last months for my premiun account and im not able to log in ...theres no phone number where i can get in contact with spotify and i really want to get back my old spotify account! Give me a solution please

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this, don't worry they won't let you be out of pocket 🙂

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
