My spotify was delected off my phone. When I reinstalled it all my music was gone. Now it's as if I'm a new account. Won't recognize my facebook account or give me any passwords. So DONE with this Spotify! I've been trying to get help with this for DAYS!!!

Could you let us know:

• What model / make of mobile are you running?
• What's the exact app version that it runs now?
• When was Spotify deleted from your mobile?
• Did the app get removed after an update?
• Do you always click 'Log In With Facebook' or do you sometimes use the username field?

It sounds like you're logged into a second account by mistake. Let us know the above info and try logging back in and out again, with the correct log in details.
