I have had Spotify for 3 months now. I just overdrafted because they charged the normal 12.99 for the month, then charged me again! As I looked back through my statements, I has been more than once every month! I need to be contacted and refunded or I will have to take further actions. This is ridiclous.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

Take a look at your subscriptions page. When yoes it say your subscription will renew? It will probably say it will renew in 2 months.

 

If not it's likely you have a Duplicate account, try logging in with your email address.

 

For the refund, if you submit an online contact form; someone at Spotify can do their best to sort it for you.
Once you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
