my account say to upgrade to premium and i was on premium

hi my brother has spotify premium and he says it was working in the morning and now it says he need to to upgrade and he paid it 2 weeks ago along with mine

he has turn on and off his phone he doenst know what to do help ! please

Does your overview say you are on Spotify free? Can you see your receipts on the account?
