Hi,

So my release radar and discover weekly are not updating. I have looked through the topics related to this theme and the following/unfollowing, closing/opening of spotify etc do not help.

The playlist are: spotify:user:spotify:playlist:37i9dQZEVXcQzDwsK07pkH and spotify:user:spotify:playlist:37i9dQZEVXbtXC4EMcX3Qf

Hi, Alina.

Are you using the most recent update on Spotify? It sounds like it isn’t correctly updated, but of course, I could be wrong.

I have seen quite a lot of people with this same issue. Maybe you could head over to Spotify Answers and they could help a bit more than I?

If you're still having trouble, this is what we would recommend:

Seeing as you've tried most of the troubleshooting steps that have been recommended (logging out/in, clean reinstall), and since it seems that this might be an issue with your account, we suggest you get in touch with our Customer Support team.

They can help guide you through making a new account, transferring your saved music and playlists from your old account to the new one, and then closing the old one.

Yes. I don't know why, but suddenly all the playlists were updated and I can see the updates...
