my spotify premium stopped and became a free account

Ive had premium for almost 4,5 years, but this morning my premium stopped and became a free account. ive payed my plans and have enough money on my account, why did this happen?

Thank you for being a valuable part of Spotify, and I am sorry to hear you're facing this issue. Could you let me know what your subscription status says here? If it says Free, follow these steps and attach a screenshot of your Receipts page. Make sure to hide sensitive information when you’re posting to the Community.

If it says Premium, try logging out > restart the device > log back in in the Spotify app, and let me know if you’re able to use your Premium features, such as no ads, unlimited skips.

I have a similar problem. Took advantage of a Google TV ad for 3 mos Premium for price of one last month. This week I can only get free. Since I've logged out and changed password on both the emails I've ever used for Spotify I have no way to check history or look at payment. And of course there's no way to contact Spotify, Any suggestions?
