Unable to reset my password (wl.spotify.com unreachable)

My Question or Issue

Hi ! I had a family premium plan and I just downgraded.

Now my wife cannot reset her password :

The link in the email she received doesn't work.

I suspect wl.spotify.com domain seems to be not reachable.

How can she do to retrieve her password ?

We already tried opening the link in a private window in Firefox but it failed the same.

Please check How do I reset my password? to find some options. Also, keep in mind that there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. If your wife linked any of those options, she can try logging in with those.
