Hello when i signed up for Spotify almost a month ago i signed up for the unlimited version and then decided 20 minuets later to sign up for the Premium version voiding the original unlimited version out of the picture but i was charged for both even though the premium version is free for first 30 days i was charged the 4.99 for unlimited last month and then this month charged 9.99 in addition to that this month i think but i think its just an additional $5.00 i am supposed to pay this month not 15.00 bill but a 5.00 bill. Can you please help me tend to solving this problem thank you : ) .

Hey! Welcome to the community :)

As this is a billing issue, you will need to get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to  find out why this is happening and refund you if you have been overcharged. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
