no account change to spotify unlimited

HI, I have to pay for spotify unlimited with the Klarna AB service but I get no access to spotify unlimited.

What can I do? Pay for no service or what?!

Are you definitely logging into the account Klarna have upgraded for you?

Its amazingly easy to accidentally have two accounts, one with a Spotify username and another via Facebook.

I'm only logged in with facebook (can't create a normal account)

I have only one account but I contact at the next time Klarna support to ask if there have create a new account (sorry for my bad english)

It looks like there was a problem taking the payment from Klarna. As we don't have access to their billing system, please get in touch with them at http://www.klarna.com and they should be able to help further.
