no spotify

I can't connecy to spotify.It says I am off line when I'm not, and error code 101 is showing at the top of the page.

What does this mean ?   This has been going on for several weeks.

I am also without access for several weeks and I am canceling the account. I do not wat to pay for a service I am not receiving. It keeps saying "error code 101", and when I check firewalls Spotify is not blocked.

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing?
