trying to buy ecard but keep receiving error message

Every time I enter my payment information, the website takes me to a screen that says "Error in request". I am buying this as a birthday gift for someone. I didn't anticipate that the website would have problems and wanted them to recieve the ecard on their birthday; their birthday's tomorrow. What can I do?

Hmmm... I'm not sure. Hopefully a Spotify mod will see your post soon. They will be able to help.

There may be a problem with either the website or your account.

Spotify can help you with this if you contact them directly.

A reply may take some time due to a heavy amount of emails.

Contact Spotify by using the link below which requires sign in:

http://www.spotify.com/us/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/

From the dropdowns select one that matches your situation.

In the message box explain your situation.

Hopefully Spotify can fix this quickly. Smiley Happy

I shall also escalate this to a forum mod/manager.

I was trying to do that last night but the mods weren't paying attention.

One thing you might want to try is using a different browser - For example, if you use Google Chrome, try Firefox or Internet Explorer.

Who in their right mind would recommend IE?

I don't even have IE installed anymore!
