odd situation, account now disabled

Hi all, i'm in a weird situation. 

Paypal recently changed their security measures, and in doing so for some odd reason pulled a chargeback from Spotify without my permission, I've gotten a message from someone named "Joe" at Spotify saying he cannot restore my account because they take this seriously. I dont know how to fix this, it wasnt my fault this happened in the first place, now I cant even use my account that i've been paying a year plust for? The original account name is Ankitsid, and it has all of my info and friends on it. If there is anyone that can help me solve this issue please do, I want to change away from Paypal since i'm closing my account there over this fiasco and do not trust them. I value this account with Spotify. It sucks since i didnt do anything, just woke up with a disabled account.

ironically "joe" couldn't help me, but after posting this topic the issue was resolved immediatly, to whomever did that for me, thank you it's much appreciated.
