paid even though I no longer have spotify premium!

what should you do if you have paid when you do not have spotify premium and I had it before.
Dad paid into it and it has been sent to spotigy but I have the free version!
can anyone help me

Hi! Welcome to the community! Sometimes Spotify's servers are slowed down by multiple upgrades at once so it may take some time for your account to update its subscription status on all devices. Which platform do you use? Have you tried re-installing the client / app?

It normally happens instantly - you may have to log out then in before it updates however 🙂

wikefors - Looks like the card attached to your account has expired. To get your Premium going again, you'll need to resubscribe with a different card.
