paid for premium on the wrong account ??

paid for premium on the wrong account ??

here's the story: i was confused on how to pay for premium on my facebook account so i made a regular spotify account. i then proceded to connect that account to facebook. that's where the problem begins. i then realized how to pay for premium on my facebook account, so i did that. then there was a whole mess with removing the spotify account from my facebook. now i'm not sure which account my premium is on, and i think that my premium is on the wrong account. it's a whole big mess and i really need help.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to make sure its set up on whichever account you like.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

i don't think i can even get into the account i originally posted this from. i've really and truly messed this whole thing up. i did what you suggested about an hour ago and they haven't replied and i'm officially stressing out over this.

Did you get and reply to the automated email reply? Once you have done that an adviser will get back to you as soon as they can, normally within 24 hours.
