password recovery

For the past three months Ive been trying to change my password and I go to the password reset page put in my email and it says that that email is inactive or somthing of the sort so I put in my user name and it says reset email was sent, and I go into my email and it's not in my imbox, and yes ive looked through spam and everything. It doesnt send through. Im beyond irritated and just want to be able to log into spotify on another device. Thankfully im logged in on my laptop and can get in online through the download. How else can I change it? Becasue I cant change my email without knowing the current password.

I apologize for the late reply. Contact the accounts team through the online contact form and they can get your password reset for you. If you receive a no-reply e-mail directing you back to the community, just reply to it and you will be connected with an agent that can assist you.

another problem is that the email I put in, I accidentally typed .con instead of .com so none of the emails their sending me are reaching me.. is it possible if they could send me a password and email reset through sms messaging. Because I have my phone number in my account
