pissed about a duplicate acct!!! charged twice for it

pissed about a duplicate acct!!! charged twice for it

When it was time to update my card it made it as if I had started a brand new acct, still being on my own acct. Then it still said I needed to update and when I did that it charged me on that date and then charged me again today. They took it out on the 13th as well of this month. What do I need to do to cancel that "new" one and get my money back.

Hey @user-removed thanks for coming to the Spotify Community with your question. I've just taken a look and I can confirm you don't have a duplicate account. 

 

You also have one charge for every month since joining Spotify. Sometimes if a payment is delayed for a month the Premium will continue and the charge for the month will come out a few weeks later. 

 

Please let us know if you have any other questions. 

It shouldn't have been charged to my account. I show a charge for the 13th
and the 22nd the month before. We are doing a payment refund request
through my bank for the payment on the 13th that shouldn't have come out.
It doesn't show it in my payment history either.
