playlists and libraries constantly being deleted and replaced by random music.

So i have been a subscriber for years now. Use spotify from my phone for music when driving and on the ps4 for music wile playing games. For some reason my music in both my phone and ps4 keeps being deleted and replaced. Have no idea why but im not renewing my subscription until i get an answer. The first time this happened i lost 2 years worth of my favorite music. Just a half hour ago i jump into my car and all my music is randomly gone, replaced by music i would never listin to in a million years. Why does this keep happining to me? Like i said im done paying for spotify if they are just going to delete my music and replace it with random stuff. Not even in the genres i listen to. Going to take me all night to replace the music.
