Can't sign out of BMW ConnectedDrive

Hello, 

So I used my iPhone to connect to a rented BMW via ConnectedDrive. My spotify account was syncronised to the car, worked great.

But I forgot to sign out when I returned the car. Now I'm getting other users of the car using my account. They even created loads of interesting playlists for me. 

Now I've tried the 'Sign out everywhere' under my account page, but the problem is persisting. 

Can someone help me with this please?
