please help!!

I have had spotify premium for the past few months, however my credit card did not go through. I have fixed the problem and now I try to resubmit my payment and get spotify premium again and after i log in with my password, try to click on the premium plan, enter that same password for protection purposes and it says it is the wrong one?!! How? So I changed my facebook password, logged out of spotify,logged back in, again, same thing. If my password was not correct why would it let me log in the first time then not to confirm my purchase of spotify premium?? Please help!!!!
